Horseback Riding
Enjoy a horseback ride through our majestic wooded trails. With over 60 horses to choose from, guests of all ages can find the perfect horse for that perfect ride.  Ride a favorite all week, or try to see how many you can ride in a weekend.

Breakfast Ride
The first ride of each day will lead you back in time.  Ride your favorite horse to our corral in the pines, where a cowboy/cowgirl breakfast is cooked to order and served HOT on our outdoor griddle, all nestled in the beautiful wooded surroundings. The breakfast ride is always a favorite at Woodside Ranch.                    

Fishing on Lake Woodside
Woodside Lake is loaded with Bass, Bluegill, and Northern Pike. Complementary fishing poles provided and no license is required.   We suggest the serious anglers bring their own lures and poles, however.  We also invite guests to enjoy the use of our row boats, canoes and paddle boats.

Swimming
The huge swimming pool at Woodside is the perfect place to cool off in our heated pool.  Enjoy a pool party, or a spirited game of Pool Volleyball.  Food and drinks served poolside!

Nature Trail Hikes
Our nature trails are a great place to discover the beauty of the land and the diversity of the surrounding wildlife. Deer, Turkeys, Squirrels, Bobcats, Woodpeckers, Snipe, and even an elusive Pine Marten!  Take a stroll, or make it a hike!

We offer a variety of other family activities, including horseshoes, miniature golf, tennis, pony rides, basketball, volleyball, line dancing, and rodeos.

Fitness Center
Our on-site fitness center offers state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training equipment.  Free to use!

Theatre
Recently constructed, Woodside's Theatre is part of the Conference Center, but available to guests to watch movies during their stay.  Whether its a classic, or something just released, you will be amazed and entertained watching it on a real movie screen with surround sound!

Trading Post
With its famous horseshoe cocktail bar, you can literally "SADDLE UP" to the bar at Woodside.  Relax, host a party, dance the night away, sing karaoke, play ping pong or pool, or once again RELAX!  The Trading Post in the center of the night life scene at Woodside.

Cross-Country Skiing
Woodside Ranch has 10 miles of marked and groomed cross-country ski trails. Skiers of any level will find a trail to their liking.

More Winter Activities
Other outdoor winter activities include horseback riding, snowmobiling (bring you own), tubing and horse-drawn sleigh rides pulled by the Percherons.

Petting Zoo
Our petting zoo is open daily and is always a fun experience for the whole family. Stop by and visit the llamas, goats, chickens, Ponies, and of course Big Z and the herd of buffalo. Our baby goats are especially cute!
